Hi! I'm
Serenity_Ribbon on Ao3 and thank you for considering writing for me.
Rivers of London - Ben Aaronovitch
Abigail Kamara
What Abigail Did That Summer is my favourite entry in the series in several years and I would love any more adventures Abigail has! I like her PoV and how it is similar, yet also very different from Peter's.
Polar Exploration RPF
James Clark Ross, Francis Crozier
I've loved these two approximately since I read Crozier's last letter to Ross (the pining!!). I personally know more about the Antarctic Expedition, but I'd be equally interested in receiving something about their earlier careers. I'm also cool with any of these prompts being interpreted as platonic or romantic.
The Matter of Seggri
Any
I particularly love this short story of Le Guin's, which explores a world where the gender ratio is 12 women to every man, and the ways that affects the culture of Seggri. I would love anything that is in the format of an in-universe document, like the story itself, but equally a traditional narrative, exploring more about these characters thoughts and feelings, would be very interesting.
General likes:
- Found family
- AUs, especially canon divergence
- Missing scenes and alternate PoVs of canon scenes
- Worldbuilding
- Epistolary fic and in-world texts
- Future fic
- Snark and sarcasm
- Humour, especially dark humour
- Pining
- Polyamorous relationships
- Crossdressing
- Loyalty
- Competence
- Hurt/comfort, especially emotional h/c
DNW:
- Non-con/Dub-con
- Embarrassment humour
- Noncanonical death of requested characters
- Depicted harm to animals or animal death
- Genderbending/cisswaps
- Soulmate AUs

- How does her relationship with Simon and his mum develop?
- I'd be interested in any fic about what she decides to do with magic when she's older, especially if she decides not to go into the police.
- How does her relationship with Peter and Nightingale change as she transitions into a more formal apprenticeship, with actual magic involved?
- A roleswap/ageswap AU where she's the one at Covent Garden and Peter's her bratty teenage cousin.

- I'd really love any epistolary fic in any form. Letters when they're apart, tiny notes passed between Erebus and Terror, or letters unsent from during the Victory or Franklin expeditions.
- Hurt/comfort, especially after the ships crashing together in Antarctica, or during and after Crozier's illness in 1841? Or after Ross returns to England, after being presumed dead during the Victory mess?
- Generally, any expansion about anything that's noted in the various diaries, reports and letters about the Antarctic Expedition.
- How did their first meeting aboard the Fury in 1821 go?
The Matter of Seggri
Any

- What was Merriment's entry into Seggrian culture like? Or the year between her finding out about Kaza's death?
- I'd be very interested in anything about the First Mobiles and their experiences on Seggri, including revealing themselves, or what made them make the choice of "all the truth slowly".
- In-universe folktales, poems, or plays. What does a Seggrian epic look like?
- What does Ardar Dez's career as a Mobile look like? How does his past influence his decisions as a Mobile, or at Ekumenical School? How would he interact with people from very different parts of the Ekumen, like Gethenians?
